Card Lost, Stolen, or Damaged? We’ve Got Your Back
In case your Platinum Card is lost, stolen, damaged, or not received, contact your Platinum Concierge immediately. Within Saudi Arabia, dial 800 119 5555; from outside Saudi Arabia, call (+966) 11 407 19999.
Your card will be canceled and a replacement will be on its way. If your card is still usable, you can continue to use it until the new one arrives.

Keep Your Card PIN Secure
Your PIN is personal—never share it with anyone.
Avoid using your PIN for online, mail order, or phone purchases. Instead, you may be asked to provide your four-digit Card Identification (CVV) number located on the front of your Card.

Forgot your PIN? No problem! Simply log in to your Online Services Account or use the Amex KSA App to view or remind yourself of your selected PIN anytime.


Changing Your PIN Made Simple
You can also change your PIN to something more memorable or unlock it should you need to via one of SAIB ATM cash machines.
Card Identification Number (CVV)
Your four-digit Card Identification Number (CVV) is found on the front of your American Express Card, towards the right. This number may be required for travel and lifestyle confirmation transactions.

Your payment due date will be displayed as soon as your first statement is generated. You will receive a notification via SMS or email to keep you seamlessly updated.


Paying Your Bills Made Easy
Choose from a range of secure and convenient payment options tailored to suit your needs:
- SADAD: Pay online via SADAD by adding AMEX as a beneficiary using Biller Code 018.
- Direct Debit: Set up automatic payments through your Platinum Concierge Team. Note: Your current statement requires manual payment; Direct Debit starts from your next statement.
- Bank Payment: Pay at any local bank using cash or a Saudi Riyal cheque. Be sure to include your SADAD account number on the payment slip.
- Bank Transfer: Local and international bank transfers are accepted.
