This benefit is exclusive to Platinum Primary Cardmembers with Platinum Cards issued by American Express Saudi Arabia.
This benefit applies to individuals only.
Upon spending Ʀ 50,000, the "Complimentary Domestic Flight" benefit will be activated, limited to one companion ticket capped at Ʀ 1,500.
Upon spending Ʀ 150,000, the "Complimentary International Flight" benefit will be activated, limited to one companion ticket capped at Ʀ 3,750.
To redeem this benefit, Platinum Primary Cardmembers must use the redemption tab in the AMEX KSA App or contact the Platinum Concierge team.
Bookings must be made and paid for through American Express Premium Travel Services using the Platinum Card issued by American Express Saudi Arabia.
This benefit is valid for one-time use per calendar year for either a domestic or an international companion ticket.
A Platinum Primary Cardmember can only issue an international companion ticket after meeting the required spending criteria and cannot substitute it with a domestic companion ticket.
Both the primary and companion tickets must be issued in the Platinum Primary Cardmember’s full name and both must be charged to the Platinum Card issued by American Express Saudi Arabia.
Once used, the benefit will be automatically disabled until the next calendar year.
The value of the companion ticket (domestic or international) will be credited to the Platinum Primary Cardmember’s account after ticket issuance and confirmation, subject to the capped limits (Ʀ 1,500 for domestic flights or Ʀ 3,750 for international flights). Extras such as seat assignments and additional baggage are not included.
If the Platinum Primary Cardmember’s ticket is canceled and refunded, the companion ticket will also be canceled automatically, and the refunded amount will be deducted from the account.
If only the companion ticket is canceled at the Platinum Primary Cardmember’s request, the credited amount for the companion ticket will be debited, and the benefit will be re-enabled. The primary ticket will remain unaffected unless otherwise requested.
Airline cancellation and change policies apply to both the Platinum Primary Cardmember's ticket and the companion ticket.
The Platinum Primary Cardmember is responsible for any airline-imposed cancellation or change fees for both the primary and companion tickets.

If the Companion Ticket benefit is not redeemed within the same calendar year in which the qualifying spend is achieved, the benefit will automatically expire at the end of that calendar year and cannot be carried forward.
Qualifying spend and unused Companion Ticket benefits do not roll over to the following calendar year. New qualifying spend is required to re-activate the benefit in each calendar year.

This benefit is exclusive to Platinum Primary and Supplementary Cardmembers with cards issued by American Express Saudi Arabia.
This benefit applies to individuals.
Platinum Cardmembers are permitted to withdraw cash up to 30% of their total credit limit. However, the maximum cash withdrawal is capped at Ʀ 18,750 for Primary Cardmembers and Ʀ 2,000 for Supplementary Cardmembers. The actual withdrawal limit will be the lower of the two values: 30% of the total credit limit or the specified cap for Primary or Supplementary Cardmembers. This ensures that withdrawals do not exceed either the allowed percentage of the credit limit or the applicable maximum cap.
The cash withdrawal limit is determined at the account level and applies collectively to both Primary and Supplementary Cardmembers. It is not calculated separately for each cardholder.
Each cash withdrawal transaction is capped at Ʀ 3,000 or its equivalent in other currencies, regardless of the total available cash limit. If additional withdrawals are required, they must be made as separate transactions.
The total monthly cash withdrawal limit is capped at Ʀ 18,750 for Primary Platinum Cardmembers and Ʀ 2,000 for Supplementary Platinum Cardmembers.
A maximum of 99 withdrawal transactions per month is allowed for each account.
The withdrawal frequency resets only after all outstanding dues or balances have been paid in full.
If the statement's outstanding balance is not paid in full by the due date, the cash withdrawal limit will be recalculated based on 30% of the currently available balance, regardless of the total outstanding balance. This calculation reflects the remaining amount available to the Platinum Cardmember at the time.
All transactions must be made using the Platinum Card issued by American Express Saudi Arabia to qualify for this benefit.
Cardmembers must adhere to all terms and conditions associated with their card, including maintaining good credit behavior to continue enjoying this benefit.

The benefit is limited to 5 requests per calendar year for each Platinum account. This limit includes both the standard Plan It Service with applicable Murabaha margin fees and the exclusive Plan It Service with 0% Murabaha margin fees.
Transactions below Ʀ 3,750 are only eligible for the standard Plan It Service and do not qualify for the 0% Murabaha margin option.
This benefit applies exclusively to international point-of-sale transactions and does not cover domestic transactions. Online transactions are also eligible.
A minimum transaction amount of Ʀ 3,750 is required to qualify for this benefit. Transactions below this amount are not eligible.
The maximum amount eligible for installment payments cannot exceed the cardmember's total credit limit. This cap is calculated based on the available credit limit at the time of submitting the installment request and is subject to future adjustments in the credit limit as per the card’s terms and conditions.
If any payment is missed or delayed, the standard Murabaha margin for the Plan It Service will be applied to the remaining balance for the entire installment period.
The 0% Murabaha margin applies only during the first six months of the installment plan.
Monthly payments are set at a minimum of 5% of the transaction amount for the first five months. The remaining balance, equivalent to 75% of the original transaction amount, must be paid in full in the sixth month.
A minimum installment period of six months is required to qualify for this benefit. If the installment period is shorter or extended beyond six months, the 0% Murabaha margin will not apply, and standard Plan It Murabaha margin fees will be charged.
Platinum Primary Cardmembers can request early repayment or settlement of the installment plan without incurring additional costs for the remaining period.
If a Platinum cardmember cancels the installment plan, American Express Saudi Arabia reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of Ʀ 200, in line with applicable legal frameworks.
All transactions must be made using the Platinum Card issued by American Express Saudi Arabia to qualify for this benefit.
Eligibility for this benefit is contingent on maintaining good credit behavior, including timely payments and adherence to the card’s terms and conditions.

Cardmembers can earn up to Ʀ 500 in credit on their first dining transaction at participating restaurants, with no minimum spend required, during the first six months of the calendar year (January to June). Additionally, they can earn up to Ʀ 500 in credit during the remaining six months (July to December).
This benefit is valid only within Saudi Arabia and applies exclusively to participating restaurants included in the local dining program.
The dining credit is capped at Ʀ 1,000 per calendar year, split into two periods: up to Ʀ 500 for January to June and up to Ʀ 500 for July to December.
Platinum Cardmembers can utilize this benefit twice per calendar year, once during each period (January to June and July to December).
The dining credit applies exclusively to dining transactions made at participating restaurants.
Unused credit amounts cannot be carried over or accumulated for future transactions. For example, if a cardmember spends Ʀ 400 on a single dining transaction, they will only receive a credit for that amount. The remaining balance of Ʀ 100 cannot be used later.
All payments must be made using the Platinum Card issued by American Express Saudi Arabia to avail of this benefit. Payments must be processed via a POS machine and not through any QR code payment method.
Cardmembers must activate this benefit in advance via the AMEX App.
The dining credit will only be credited to the cardmember's account after activating the benefit and completing a qualifying transaction at a participating restaurant.
